    Jim Clark is the Founder and Executive Chairman of The Bridge Era Institute and The Future of Employment & Income Initiative. A longtime futurist and systems thinker, he has led pioneering efforts at the intersection of technology, governance, and social impact. He previously founded the World Technology Network, convening top innovators and shaping discourse on AI, tech unemployment, and global collaboration. Clark also co-led the International Congress for the Governance of AI. With a career spanning entrepreneurship, public service, and pro-democracy efforts, he now focuses on ensuring society can equitably navigate the transition to an AI-driven economy.

    Managing Director, The Bridge Era Institute & The Future of Employment & Income Initiative

    Eric Williams is the Managing Director of The Bridge Era Institute and The Future of Employment & Income Initiative, where he leads strategy, operations, and impact. With 20 years of experience in policy, advocacy, and organizational leadership, he has advanced workplace policies aligned with economic transitions, including New York’s Paid Family Leave. Williams is known for building high-impact teams and coalitions, advising leaders on systems strategy, and developing data-informed campaigns. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a dual BA in Economics and Political Science from UC Irvine, and brings deep expertise in workforce development and policy implementation

    Amy Zalman, Ph.D., is a strategic foresight leader and scholar-practitioner working at the intersection of emerging technology, governance, and societal well-being. A former CEO of the World Future Society and Chair of Information Integration at the U.S. National War College, Amy currently leads strategic foresight efforts at Deloitte and has taught at Georgetown University’s Communication, Culture & Technology Program. Her work equips institutions to anticipate and shape complex futures with clarity, ethics, and imagination. Amy brings deep expertise in AI governance, information ecosystems, and narrative strategy to support the Bridge Era Institute’s mission to navigate resilience in a rapidly changing world.
